Automated Direct Monthly Transfer

Click on the Link “ACH Debit” to download a ACH Debit Origination Authorization form.

Rather than writing and mailing us a check every month, you now can elect to have your monthly contribution deducted automatically from your checking or savings account and deposited directly into the District’s checking account.

To accomplish this direct transfer, fill out the authorization form indicating the amount you want to have directly transferred and also indicate if you would like the transfer to take place on the 5th or 20th of each month.  When either of these dates falls on a weekend or holiday, the transfer will take place on the next business day.  Also indicate the month you would like for this to start.

After completing and signing the form, mail it to our office and we will forward your instructions on to the bank.
